Quick overview of Phillipino Rotation Rules:
- Shoot from 1-15, each ball is worth it's value of number. First player to get 60 points or more wins.
- No push out.
- No call shot
- On a kickshot, you don't have to hit another rail after contact.
- Qball scratch means shoot behind the line or if the ob is in the kitchen, take a spotshot
- If the opponent fails to make legal contact, you have the option to take a spotshot.
- If you are fully snookered, you can give a spotshot to the opponent.
- Jumps are only allowed if you can partially see the ob and no jumpcues.
- intentional fouls are not allowed.
