Bob, you don't have tickets yet? I've had mine for a couple of months now!

just kidding hahaha

I have the same problem you have with the email address error. A week ago Deno responded somewhere on AZB that the tickets should be on sale within a week.

I'm fearful that they're going to do something really different with the ticket sales so that it's possible that everyone who wants tickets won't be able to get them. It's not a tournament as much as it is a production, and they may want to screen their audience for T.V. suitability or something. I can't make my airline or hotel reservations until I know I've got tickets.

I hope to make it over myself, living only an hour away will have it's benefits. I gotta buddy thats big into pool, and we may just come over and hang out and watch.

The price of the tickets seems a little steep, but I am willing to pay that to watch some of these guys play.

These guys have paid their dues long enough, time to give them something back.

I am still not clear on the price. Is the $75 and $35 for the day or a pass for the tournament? It says you have to pay another $35. and $75. for the final making me thing it may be a tournament pass. The lady I always talk to at the convention center says the Valencia room they are supposed to take will seat as many as 10,000 people. But the room can be partitioned and she was not sure what part they may be taking they haven't completed the deal yet but I would seriously doubt they will sell out any of the sessions, there should be no problem getting tickets, just trying to see the matches in such a big place. It may sound goofy but binoculars, (Opera type) are great a tournaments. I remember bringing them in the past getting funny looks and then having people wanting to borrow them.

Good idea the binoculars. I never thought about it.Hopefully the tiks will be on sale tomorrow.I believe the $75 is for all the matches leading up to the finals. Then if you want, its another $75 for the finals.I hope I am wrong and its just a one time fee of $75. See you all there>
