Totally different tips afaik. Tiger E's are made from left over pieces. Good tip btw if you like a firm hit. Don't know anything about P's tip. Not the same tho. P's tip comes in three hardnesses, the Tiger only med-hard. Here's my best 'tip': please refrain from the 'what's the best tip' questions.Hey was curious which tip is better...

You asked which of two was better, so, which is best. You did not ask an opinion based on color.I didn't ask what was the best ' tip ' I asked which one was best out of the two. But I got a good tip for ya.. next time you drop your chalk. And as a matter of fact I am searching for tips strictly by color. I can shoot with ANY tip...but I'm putting together a cue that is shoots well and is visually appealing from the TIP to the BUTT CAP... I'll show it to you guys when I sell it to you... right after I put my green tip on it

I know it wasn't your question, but none of these tips are popular, and for a reason. It's best to go with an established tip like Kamui, Victory, G2 or Zan.Hey was curious which tip is better...

They aren't as popular as Kamui because Kamui spends 10x what other brands pay on advertising.I know it wasn't your question, but none of these tips are popular, and for a reason. It's best to go with an established tip like Kamui, Victory, G2 or Zan.

No shit. This guy is kinda clueless. His comments on tip shape and now this this are kinda wacky. Tiger is very well established in both the cue and tip fields. They aren't as popular as Kamui because Kamui spends 10x what other brands pay on advertising.
People who don't know any better go with name recognition.
To call Tiger "not established" is a bit of a stretch.
You're clueless! In Europe I haven't heard anyone using Tiger. I don't think most tip installers even carry them. I'm a member of a a few cue buying and selling pages and when they list the specs, I haven't seen anyone say that the tip is Tiger. You may have a preference, but I was stating facts. No shit. Joliet, I know the brand and that they come from factory on some cues. I was only saying that the 4 brands that I listed have the largest following for a reason, and they are a safer bet for someone who doesn't know what tip to choose than more niche brands. I hbae also used all 4 and I can talk from experience.Just ftr, at one time or another, SVB, Dennis, and Darren played with Tiger tips.
I am surprised Catalin has not heard of the Tiger Sniper, Emerald, or Everest tips.
They are fairly popular.
