Tiger pro shaft wobbles when attached to cue

I just purchased a new tiger pro shaft with a radial joint. I have 4 cues with radial pins. it wobbles on all cues. some slight wobble and some worse. Also binds when tightening down on some of the cues. Should I return it or can it be fixed reasonably. The shaft is straight.

If you have someone local then have them run a tap through it again...I'm guessing some debris in the threads is causing the binding. Then have them face it off VERY lightly. This cures it 95% of the time.
If you have no one local...I'll offer to do it for you free if you pay ($10 should be fine if you are in the US) return shipping. I may be able to ship it back the very same day I receive it...worse case the next morning. If you agree to this...all I ask is that you pay the karma forward & do a good deed when you see the chance.

If this were a brand-new toaster or TV, would you be looking for a repair shop or taking it back to Wal-Mart?
I don't get it.

This is really a great example of why it is really best to have a shaft "matched" to your cue. There are a couple things going on here - necessitating a professional fitting.
