Based on his past and current transactions, it looks like he is a pawn broker with not much of an idea.

Safe to assume the cue looks solid. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with the original shaft, but he looks legit.
 
Thanks for the info. Would anybody happen to know how long it would take Tim Scruggs shop to make a shaft for the cue?

I know Tim had a heart condition recently, but I don't know what his timeframe is, nor do I know what he would charge.

Here's a link to his website. Mike Cochran recently passed away (RIP, Mike), so I don't know what Tim's waiting list looks like.

The Scruggs shop is going to be in turmoil for some time. It would be a long time before you could get a shaft, I would think. Your best bet would be to find a matching Scruggs shaft on the secondary market.
