You may want to contact them through there web site.
They are finishing up some cues that will be ready in about 6 weeks.
Don't know if they will do a repair job, but it does not hurt to ask.
I know a guy that needs one done, please let us know what happens.

Just changing the cap isn't that much of a challenge, just about any cue maker could take care of it for you. I understand about the TS logo though. Contact Tim directly and ask if he'll do the repair and if he says he's not able to then ask him who he recommends and also ask him if he'll give permission to that person to put the TS logo on there. I know there are plenty of instances where cue makers have given permission to case makers, like Justis and John Barton, to put their logo on the case for the customer. Give it a shot.
