solid playing cue
I have the identical cue (except mine has white and brown speck irish linen). It is a great hitting cue. Tim Scruggs came across some solid hitting, old house cues, and used them for these not-so-sneaky petes. He made most of these cues with flat-faced joints, but I preferred the hit of a stainless 5/16-14 piloted joint, and so mine is constructed exactly like the one 9ballking is offering. Tim confirmed for me that these are full-splice cues, which perhaps explains why they play so well. I don't know 9ballking or what would be a fair price for this cue, but I can vouch for the playability of this type of Scruggs cue.
