Tim Scruggs

Beautiful Scruggs

The cue is absolutely gorgeous and if it had 2 orig shafts, or at least one that didn't have any taper lift, I'd have sent you payment by now. I'm just not a fan of getting a expensive custom cue like this, or any other one for that matter, without original mfr shafts, depsite that some after the fact shafts being made, such as the Frey shaft, is a high quality item. However, mix & match combinations (i.e., shafts) just don't work for me but this cue is so pretty that somone out there should jump be jumping on it....everyone can't be as picky as me when it comes to cues.....Great Scruggs Cue....Matt.

Bob Frey used to work with Tim and Bob is the one who built the shaft template for Tim. Mike Cochran also created a shaft template, but i believe that was for the conical tapered shafts (ie Phantom cue). The taper of the Frey shafts and Scruggs shafts are pretty much identical unless you have a Scruggs Conical shaft or so called "European Taper"

bob frey makes great cues hes about the onley 1 i would trust with my t.s. cues but he getting up in age now i dont know how long is he going to be makeing cues

Don't Let This One Slip by....

Forum readers....this cue is one of the best looking Tim Scruggs produced....you haven't heard anything but praise....take advantage of this opportunity before the seller realizes that a gorgeous cue now will always be gorgeous six months from now and probably a lot more valuable.

FYI, a Scruggs cue just listed on e-Bay on Sunday @$1800 buy it now which included a Instroke 3x5 mahogany Leather Cue Case (almost brand new condition). The cue, albeit another Tim Scruggs with intertwined TS logo) was enemic looking in comparison to this cue's strikingly good looks and by the way, the cue on e-bay sold at full price within 5-6 hrs of being listed.

I can't explain why but right now Scruggs cues just move fast. I've seen Joss West, Richard Black, Paul Mottey, Mike Capone, Tascarella cues (just to cite a few as examples) get lots of viewing & nothing but praise...only catch is offers are very scant, if any and the cues eventually sell for less than originally expected. But Scruggs...right now his cues seem to be in a class of their own...dunno why? So if & when you can get one, grab it...you can't go wrong. I'm not saying Scruggs makes a better cue than these other cue makers but right now his stuff seems to command attention over most brands and so the cues disappear from the market quickly.

You Know I Do.....

Gene,

You hit the nail squarely on the head about me adoring this cue and I'm so freakin torn about being such a tight ass on my cue specs. I find myself just staring at your Scruggs telling myself...ah...go ahead and buy it. I really love this cue and if any forum readers read this posting, I'm not exaggerating in any way. A cue this beautiful should not need endorsements from other readers attesting to its great looks....how can anyone not admire this cue, let alone another Scruggs fan. This cue is destined to make someone very happy and I am stunned and amazed this cue isn't getting bombarded with offers....everyone must be on summer vacation.

Matt

Matt, you know you want this cue!

This Scruggs Is a Beauty

Folks,

I am telling you that I've looked at so many Scruggs cues tha past 30 days on ebay, on cue dealer websites and AZ as well. Seen probably 20 Scruggs cues that were available and none on the cues were as pretty as this one. This cue is is tied for being the best looking Scruggs cue I've seen so far....if you're wondering why I haven't bought it if I think it's so darn gorgeous....Great Question.....GK Loop knows how much I admire this cue....Well, it's because the cue isn't a Scruggs Bushka Tribute cue and I'm the forum poster that keeps pleading for help finding such a cue.

Sooo...if I bought thsi cue, you know what's bound to happen....within probably 24-72 hrs of getting the cue, a Tim Scruggs Bushka Tribute cue will come along...that's how things just seem to go for so many of us....I've put in so many hours searching for the Tribute Cue that I am reaklly torn to abandon my search....that's why I haven't bought this cue.....and you don't need to be a stubborn old fool like me...buy this one...I'm telling you it's one of the most attractive Tim Scruggs cues you'll find..... PS IMPORTANT PS......

p.s. Forum readers, don't forget me ....I'm paying a $50 referral fee to anyone that hooks me up with a seller of a Tim Scruggs Original Bushka Tribute Cue....but only if the cue is a genuine Bushka Tribute Cue.

Meanwhile, someone should buy this cue while it's still around..it's hard to find a prettier looking Scruggs cue......Matt
