Time stamps on posts

When I signed up for AZ I was living in Vegas so the time stamps on every post is in west coast time. Any way of changing to EST since I live in NY now?? Well annoying and hard to follow when matched are being played all over the world. Thank you for any help :)
 
Click on "User CP" in the top-left, and then "Edit Options" on the left menu

There's a time zone option if you scroll down
