If I install a new layered tip , can the Willart be used to bring the new tip to a finished dime ? I thought it might be a little to course to use ? One more question, can you use the nickel radius file ( tweetens) and then use the dime Willarts to finish it off ?Get yourself a piece of 220 sandpaper, it work creat for scuffing up a tip, if you need to burnish your tip, a NEW Dollar Bill works great.
