Titleist Conversion

Here are a few pics of my Titleist conversion. The cue was made by "Tex" Fitzgerald in Chicago. I bought it from Tex, new, in 1972 or so. The cue has a brass 5/16 by 18 pin and a stainless steel collar. The butt cap is not ivory but not plastic either. I bought it with two solid maple shafts that I still use.

Very cool. I don't think I have ever seen one of his cues. He is mentioned in the Blue Book under Burton Spain's entry.

Love to see the old war horses in their original non-restored state. :thumbup:
