How is Titleist pronounced?

I've seen some gorgeous conversions and hope to eventually have one of my own. Where are some good sources for quality pre-conversion Titleist cues? What should I look for when evaluating a candidate for conversion?

Titlist is pronounced....Title'ist

When looking for a good titlist, the thicker the better and always remember you're not going to use the shaft, so it doesn't matter it the upper portion of the cue is warped or even broken.
