The cue pictured was made in the late 1960's, whether it is a Titlist or something else it is hard to say without seeing the points. These later cues are worth very little, the quality of the construction becaome very poor towards the end of Brunswicks production. I am not certain if you cue was made in the USA or in Asia.
If I remember correctly, the Titlist was introduced in 1941 and the last made by Brunswick was in 1963 when Brunswick got out of the cue building business. From 1963 until the early seventies (72 or 73) Brunswick had their Titlist cues built in Asia carrying the Brunswick badge. These were very inferior to the earlier, Brunswick made Titlist.
