Looks good. The only thing I would suggest would be to eliminate the priority shipping for $4.95. That is almost 30% the cost of the item you are selling. It will only cost you $1.05 to ship first class mail that will reach most anywhere in the US in two to three days the same as priority mail. You may even want to offer free shipping people like that. Or raise your price $1.00 and offer free shipping. It will sound better and be a savings to the customer over your current price. Anytime you can use the word Free, people get happy.

I recommend you keep the option of priority shipping.
I can't tell you how many times I have shipped small items via first class, and they didn't show up. All I could do is reship. They may have actually showed up, but with first class you don't have any proof.

With priority you have no proof either unless you pay extra for tracking and a signature adding a couple of dollars more. raising the shipping to around $7.00 for what is in his case will be mostly a $10.00 item. His item can be shipped for about $1.05. If he wants to track it he can for a small added cost and still keep the cost down and pass the savings on to the customer. $7.00 shipping on a $10.00 item can be a deal breaker. I ship thousands of items a year through the usps and except to Singapore have not lost a thing in years. He also has no problem replacing the item even if it did get lost. It is a cheap item and not unique. The way he has it structured now he is even making almost $2.00 on the shipping. It is a win win for both him and the customer. If he loses one package in a thousand and has to send a replacement he is still thousands of dollars ahead. Me personally, I would raise the price a dollar and just say free shipping on such a cheap light weight item..
I should mention my comments are not general and were geared to his product on ebay. Although Principals are generally the same in selling there are different strategies depending on the product. You would not sell mops the same way you may sell commercial property.

I would list the thicknesses of the wraps in the description of each one. Otherwise, you'll either be fielding the same question over and over or you'll just lose the customer right there because they don't want to make the effort of asking the question.

Just reading through this and, having an ebay store of my own, thought I'd add a few points here.
Keep in mind that ebay takes a percentage of your sales price but can't touch the shipping money. So consider that when deciding on pricing.
Ever wondered how someone on ebay can sell a piece of furniture for .99?
If they sold it for the real 200.00 ebay takes like 12%. If they sell it for
.99 and charge higher than actual shipping they can actually make a little money without ebay sucking up their profit.
Paypal takes 3% of the total, as we all know.
A reasonable person will ask themselves if the total price they are paying is worth what they are getting rather than worrying about how the price is broken down...most are not reasonable so you really have to be cautious.

There are many postal scales offered on ebay. I recently purchased one and began printing my own postage. Mine is very nice and good quality. It arrived in 3 days and was only around $25.00
The advantages are:
1) Discounted postage price! When you print online you save a percentage. This alone paid for the scale in about 3 days!
2) You can get FREE Delivery Confirmation with priority packages and .19 cent Confirmation on First class and Parcel Post packages. (I believe it is 60 or 70 cents at the PO)
3) You can schedule a carrier pickup from your house as long as you have 2 priority or overnight packages going with whatever else you are sending...you never have to go to the PO unless shipping out of the country because First Class International is not offered online. You could do Priority International online but it is way expensive and takes the white form and the plastic sleeve, etc.
4) Probably, but I have yet to use it, there is a discount on insurance...you'd have to see that on your own.

I recently decided against buying $200/300 worth of Honduras Rosewood from a particular seller on eBay when I realized that he was doing just what you are suggesting; jacking the shipping to cover his a$$.
I placed that order with the seller that was giving me what I believe to be a more fair and accurate shipping charge. To overcharge on shipping is deceitful and I won't be played.
Look, it's an auction. You win some, you lose some. There are no guarantees. The seller with the .99 cent opening bid probably got the chair/sofa off the curb anyway. He's already going to make money no matter how you slice it. If it's always about the money, then when is it about the rep? I guess I'm just not a 'reasonable person'.
BTW, what's your handle on eBay?
