Hello,

I am headed there for some temp work starting monday for a while and was curious what the pool options are (Pool halls, Bar tournaments, etc) Any info. is appreciated. Thanks.

In Laughlin, I remember stopping into a good sized bar on the south end of town, on a hill and not far from Harrah's. Of course I can't remember the name of it but it had 4 bar tables that seemed to play fairly well. Another option is to cross the river to Bullhead City where you can find a variety of bars with barboxes.

In Kingman, bars are the only game in town - no pool halls that I know of. There was a popular sports bar off the main drag that the players would congregate at. I don't remember the name but if someone mentions it, I'll recognize it. They had 4 barboxes also.

late " Rudedog" was from Kingman. There used to be a pool hall in the past and I visited that place. I don`t know whether it is still operating or not.

Bump for an update. I am staying at the Aquarius in Laughlin and have seen a few tables in a couple of casinos in REAL rough shape. Any one else with some Bullhead/Laughlin/Kingman tips? Otherwise I may have to make a trip north to LV for a day or night. Working 6 days a week starting at 5 A.M. blows. Need a pool fix. Thanks for the posts so far.

I have family in the area, I have never seen one around, best bet is to google it. and make some phone calls.

Rude Dogs opinion of Pool in Kingman, AZ was it was the DUMPS. Having been to Kingman, AZ and stuck there when Trucking, it was let say an undesirable place to be at for more than a few hours.
