Scott, you can have high intelligence and still spell poorly or have weak english skills. I own a dictionary and a spelling check on my desk. I can take posts and run them in word first and then run them through spell check there also. I can then copy and paste them back on here. I can take the time and edit my work, then have my secretary do a final edit and clean up the grammer and sentence arrangement, then my posts would be perfect and proper.
Who is going to pay me for all this effort, I am not writing a column for BD and getting paid for this. You are getting this free.
Free means I don't have the time to go through all of this. You get it once, right off the top of my head, what I think hits the screen with zero edit or 2nd thought, you get it raw, that's the deal. Start paying me for this, I put my secretary on this, right now she spends her time on projects we get paid on. If my spelling bothers you, may I then suggest you cease to read what I write and move on to the other 20 threads and enjoy them.
I am fast losing any enjoyment in writing any thing for you guys any more.

Please, this is fast becoming a bitch at and put down or get larry thread, you will understand me not responding to another thing on this thread, I would rather not take part in my own bar B Q. This is why this thread began and I have tried to deal with it but I see it going no where fast but into the sewer.

Since Larry is obviously talking about Robert Byrne, I thought I'd chime in. Byrne used to play at a pool hall in California and I've played him a few times (I lost 50-42 last time). In addition to writing McGoorty, a great book, he's written many instructional books. The three cushion portions of which are excellent; if you learn the shots in his advanced and standard books, you'll know 90% of the shots in the game. Other than Wille Hoppe's book of questionable worth, his books were the only ones with three cushion billiards in them that I could find when I started. He plays very good billiards but you're correct about his pool game being weak. His books are a good primer and explain the basic physics of pool, but I'd rather read Phil Capelle for nine ball or get Walt Harris's billiard atlas books for three cushion. I haven't seen his power pool workout video, but I'd guess there are other instructors more suited to teaching this kind of material than him. Hey Larry, it's pretty obvious what you don't like, but hard to tell what you do like. How about your opinions on Bert Kinister videos,commentators on Accu-Stats, three cushion instruction? Maybe you can add a review section on your site.

I have to partially agree with some of the posters that larry's posts are too filled with"legend in my mind" stuff. He has posted some informative material, for which I appreciate, but the unending " world records" and "my new DVD" stuff is driving me crazy. I can't read his posts anymore, thanks for the tidbits of knowledge that you offered in the past, but count me as a no hear no see acquaintance from now on. No disrespect Larry, good luck selling your wares, Mick

As for your question, I'm from Canada and the last time i checked it wasn't in Europe.
