This is post for On The Rail, I placed an order for the Scott Frost / Efren Reyes One Pocket match about three (3) weeks ago and still have not received it. I emailed you with proof of payment and no response.

This is not intended for anything else but a request to either;
A) answer my email
B) send the video

For all those who say I should have tried to reach them or call or something I did, with no response.
 
Thats odd because Lenny is online almost everyday. He might be out of copies and trying to get more made. That makes sense to me.
 
I made the payment thru paypal to this person, I don't know Lenny but if you do please let him know please send it as soon as possible or let me know something. Thank you for anything you can do to help.

It will be resolved ASAP. Lenny is a good dude and wouldn't screw anyone over. If this transaction goes wrong I will refund you for the DVD myself.
 
Hello Curt. I do not handle any DVD orders as we have a fulfillment company do it because we only get a couple orders a month in so its just easier. I will contact Steve who handles DVD orders along with being my partner in OTR and find out if it was sent. If it has not been for some reason I can get one out to you right away or refund your money, whatever you would like to do. I am sorry for inconveniencing you in any way and believe it we will make it right.
 
Hi Curt. Just got an email from Steve and he said he would have the fulfillment company send you another one with a tracking number today. If you would like send me your address to my email at ontherail@live.com with your shirt size and we will send you one our new shirts free of charge to make up for it. The DVD will be en route to NY right away but not as fast as I will be as I am going back home in about 24 hours, I really need a NY slice of pizza. :smile:
