strange!?

it does seem somewhat odd that the negative feedback they have is for what is on auction now: the poison strychnine cue. one didn't get shipped after payment and here is one for sale. same noncue?

It's too odd and too coincidental. It's not like the seller disputed it or replied back to it.

I have items on a watch list, but extremely unlikely I'll bid.

Then again, he's right in NYC, so I can meet up with him personally somewhere and hand him cash on the spot, so I'm covered either way.

Why do business with him if he's ripping people off? Cause you think your going to score a hell of a deal on something? Hello.......? This is how they draw folks into their web. Too many honest sellers out there to waste time fooling with someone along these lines.

It wasn't the 50 percent that scared me, but the negative comment and the item he claimed to have sold sent up a red flag.

The Poison Strychnine cue was relisted it seems, so I think this dude is double dipping somewhere.
 
Feedback is the first thing I look at.

In this Case it should have been an automatic Red Flag.

Scammers Suck!!!
