I posted this in the original thread about the counterfeits, but I am not sure if it is still getting any hits so I am reporting under a new thread -

Both John Barton and those of us at Sterling feel terrible that many of you got taken in these raffles before we could post a warning.

While we can't outright give you money or product we have set up a special coupon on our partner retail website, cuesight.com, to give you a $20 coupon which you can use on any order over $100. So for example if you buy a $120 cue and the price is already reduced to $100 you'd get another $20 bucks off. We know it's not much but it's lunch if you happen to need something that we can provide.

We have made it good for 6 months, so even if you don't need something right now, you might find yourself in need of something later this year and can still take advantage of the offer.

We do sincerely hope this might help take some of the sting away from getting taken advantage of by someone who was dishonest as the original raffler.

If anyone who entered these raffles will PM me, I'll pass along that coupon code.

It doesn't get much more "stand-up" than this. +1

I agree...

From someone who wasn't involved in the "counterfeit" raffles, but watched the original thread with both future interest and trepidation in mind, I have to agree this is definitely classified as "stand-up"! Just my 2 cents...and kudos to the OP!
