the first address you have for Tom Bolton pdf file does'nt work for me, it says the root is missing...am I the only one?

I'm a little surprised by some of the shot choices. On page 7 I much prefer to try for 3 long cushions but a fast table makes that easier. On page 8 I think I'd try a "Schaefer" shot - bottom side rail, left end rail, bottom side rail, red.

For those that might have the same problem I did....the cure was to open up the first Bolton address with the Chrome browser....= no problem
