Just a thread looking for a Canadian. Tom Collins a pool player and fellow masse guy.

I wouldn't have believed the name except for we have met before...Any help is appreciated...

Tom Collins recipe:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
club soda
maraschino cherry for garnish
lemon slice for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a collins glass with ice cubes.
Stir thoroughly.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with the cherry and orange slice.
Note: Sometimes a mixing tin is place on the glass and the mix is given a quick shake prior to adding the soda.
