Tom McGonagle Wins the Seniors!

I'm Back! I'd like to personally thank all of the members that have taken the time to congratulate me for winning the SENIOR event at the BCA Championships. It means a lot to me.

I was lucky enough, to make the shots I needed to make, at the times, I needed to make them.

The best part of my victory was having my wife and several players on my team there to witness it all. Five of my teammates, grew up playing in Razz's poolroom, in Everett, Massachusetts, with me when we were teenagers.

Age

Well done Tom! I can't wait until I'm old enough to play in that division.

Take your time about the aging thing, you will get there soon enough.:D
When John Lewis was running the BCA tournament, I asked him several times why the ladies got to play in the seniors at 50 and we had to be 55, when they out live us by that age difference.

Thanks DRW and all the rest of you that have taken the time to post on this thread. Special thanks to Jay Helfert for starting the thread.

It took me sixty years to win a national title. I can't wait sixty more. I'll be back next year to play in the Masters event.
