Tommy aka Hangemhigh is still alive

Just after that you went on to rob people on AZ billiards of thousands of dollars and a few cues. You even screwed Ralf, your best customer for a big score.

The 1,000 stingray one with a credit card on paypal. Keep it and use it for 6 months then stop payment for item not as described.
 
sam engles is tommy and all the other aliases ! he got me also for some cases a few years back and no one believed me that they were the same.. but dwob rest in peace figured it out !

This is a picture Sam Engles above. I read here his real name is Edward Sam Engles. His grandmother is the owner of the below property and he resided there in 2011.

The username on AZB hangemhigh, with the alias Tommy Stanfill, also used the address below. Hangemhigh was the reincarnation of Sam Engles. There is no real person named Tommy Stanfill.

Per John Barton's post in the hangemhigh thread. "Sam Engles absconded many years ago with the deposits of many customers.

Well, the story is that he went to jail and so being in jail he couldn't make good on the case orders. He stole $800 dollars from Roy Malott among others.

Then when Hangemhigh appeared on AZB he seemed to always be finding mint condition Engles cases to sell. Now it's TOTALLY plausible that being from the same area he found these cases residing with local buyers and purchased them for resale on AZB. BUT many buyers reported that the cases they got had the new glue smell on them indicating that the cases had been freshly made.

Couple that with the address overlaps of Sam Engles and Tommy Hindeman and there appears to be some strong connection there. Plus Tommy was selling the Fellini latches and knew an awful lot about case making.

So definitely something going on there. Whether Tommy is Sam who knows? "


Tucker Hindman is another name behind all of the other aliases that is being used on the ebay currently.

The phone number associated with the address above was listed in another thread as (731) 668-5982. The owner of record for the property is Violet T. Hindman, 88 years old. Hangemhigh used this address for all his dealings. He either used her address to distance himself from his scams or he still lives at home with his mommy/grandmother. That same address Sam Engles was reported to live at.

Tucker Hindman is currently selling a Sam Engles stingray Fellini style case and a bunch of belts and wallets made of exotic leathers. If you look through his history there are items there besides the lazy Z shaft that connect him to the hangemhigh (Tommy) alias here. So those 2 names are one in the same.

So I would believe Tucker Hindman is the name you want to go after, the address is legitimate. Tucker Hindman and Edward Sam Engles are related, both working these scams. Since it was said that Violet T. Hindman was Sam Engles grandmother, I would believe that Tucker Hindman and he are relatives.
What was happening was that Tucker Hindman was running the hangemhigh persona here and working in concert with Sam Engles to sell his cases. Later Tucker Hindman outright stole from as many as he could here, before it all came tumbling down.

The stuff on ebay sure looks like Sam's work, what a waste. Seller is in Jackson, TN. A lot of evidence it's is Sam Engles aka who ever. WOW What Balls. Buyer Beware!!!!!

I bought an OB blank from Tommy about a year ago. Ironically, the shaft was sent to Dave Sutton who then stole my deposit money and OB blank.
Ahh.. the joys of dealing with AZ. For the record, my transaction with Tommy was flawless.

Anyway.. in conjunction with what Tony Zinzola said, the name on the paypal was to Tucker Hindman (verified). The email was ozrok@aol.com

Just report him using the report button. If you ALL do it then Ebay will eventually take some action.

But what do you hope to accomplish?

If the guy is doing business then call the police. File a police report, each one of you who was ripped off and have them deal with it. Call the attorney general in the county he is in and report it.

If you get him barred from Ebay on this account he will either disappear or change accounts. My suggestion is that you start printing all his auctions, all the past auctions you can find, everything about him and compile some evidence.

File a civil suit. Call the FBI, make NOISE!

The man has committed felony theft and fraud. So act on it or let it go.

Ralf, you can send emails to the police and attorney general in his city and state.

I think also that Sam Engles is also out on parole perhaps so it's possible that he is in violation of that parole. I don't know. No one knows with 100% certainty what's up with all this but nothing will happen on AZB to stop it for sure.

If however you all flood the police with complaints then they will take some kind of action.

FBI wont touch it,

a civil suit is all there is and if you cant find him to serve him-your SOL,

Not than anyone wants to hear it but he never screwed me for a penny, hell ha gave me free gifts, worth a couple thousand. Then he just disappeared poof!! I didnt know about all the bad biz for a long time, i got lucky, he could have robbed me too.
 
Easiest way to Jam him up?

He has been nice to me.
When you buy always pay with a Postal Money Order. That will always insure a serious reprocussion or two.
Mail Fraud will be the least of the Federal charges the seller would face.Works every time,
