Years ago there was a regular that would frequent the pool room and looking for action spitting the balls out of mouth playing pool, he would offer some weight or they could use their cue and he'd use his mouth to spit/shoot whitey.

I could see the benefits and disadvantages.

Pros:
You never have to wash your hands before you play.
You don't have to spend money on a cue, saving hundreds or thousands of dollars.
It might get your lady in the mood just watching you play pool.

Cons:
Your dentist may disown you.
The germs. My God, so many germs.
Your lady may divorce you because you look like an idiot.
 
He lived in the Fayetteville, NC area in the late 70's. Watched him make numerous wing shots blowing the cue ball from his mouth. He also liked to gamble and was good action..
 
Back when I was into trick shots, I use to do a 3 rail kick shot like that.
I brought a clean ball and only did it once.
If I missed, I would wash the ball and try again but seldom missed.
