Just wanted to write a little something about Tony Crosby. Last year, I bought a beautiful KF Cue from Tony. We had e-mailed and talked over the phone a couple times about some of the models. The one I finally selected is just gorgeous and Tony shipped it right away. He called a few weeks later to see how it was playing but I had that massive back surgery & subsequent infection that kept me flat from April till the end of October.
Was just able to hit balls, not even play, until Feb or so. Been hitting them more frequently now but not nearly as much as prior to the surgery. The cue has a European taper that took me some time to get used to. I should also put a plug in here for Iowa_Player (Larry) who spoke with me on the phone about possible options on the taper and he gave me super info that will prove to be a help in the future.
Anyway, I had e-mailed Tony asking him if he had any KF Cues patches or stickers. I wanted to have 1 sewn onto a ball cap to wear when I'm not wearing the Accu-Stats ball cap. The stickers will be on my case and 2001 Honda CRV window! Guess what? Tony would not accept any money for them and he sent several patches and stickers in the mail, just as he said he would! Then, on top of that, he telephones me to assure that they arrived! That is a stand-up man!
Here's my bottom line...Tony Crosby is one of them guys in pool that it seems everybody likes! He's friendly, honest and a man of his word. He's also very talented and gifted as a player, he's a great family man as well as a hard worker. And, like Shannon Daulton, Tony and Natalie have the KF Cues tour that they run! What more could anybody ask for?
