I had a similar experience with my linen press from Destroyer. Paid immediately, delivery delayed 1 week, then 2 weeks, received after threatening PayPal escalation.

Great work, but did not deliver anywhere near on time and I missed work because of the delay.

I have explained my Situation and I am back in town now. I have cbi1000 and Dave's posts here in boxes ready to ship. Both want refunds for a product that is ready to ship. Everyone loves my products. If CBI decides that he wants a refund instead of the great product that I'm offering, there will be one available.

You can "explain your situation" all you want, but the smart people here are seeing you for what you are, a shyster. Out of the 2 tool posts you advertised that you had ON HAND to sell, you had 4 people respond, and you took money from how many??? Lets just say all 4, but so far only one actually got it. Now you try to paint it as we are the impatient ones. Guess what, you can blame your girlfriend as you have done, BUT, YOU purchased a label from the post office just to buy time, and never sent the product because you didn't have it...plain and simple. I have had my girl send stuff because I was not around, but I also stayed in touch to make sure she did it. Your story blaming her doesn't add up, as I'm sure you called her everyday while you were " out of town" supposedly and one would be expecting such a task to be checked on. . You created my shipping label on the 19th, and I waited til the 26th to even inquire....that was 7 days after a priority mail label was bought. And then you ignored my pm's until I filed a paypal claim, and posted here publicly..
Then you promise a refund...but just like the product...didn't happen. I gave warning then filed with paypal to collect my money back, and now have to wait even longer, all because you are a shyster. NOW you say that you have my toolpost ready to go....what a f'n joke you are. Just give me the money back....and anyone else's you screwed over....

So I finally received the set up. The tool holders don't even slide onto the tool post. Not even 2mm. I would like to sent these back. I sent I'm about isssue. Haven't heard back.

Please contact me for return and refund.
 
I have two Kress tool mounts ordered, one is supposed to be shipped?
I didn`t know there was a problem before seeing this thread.
 
Looks like i paid with friends/family, so i can't open a case with paypal....

Please refund me my funds and i'll ship this stuff back. The tool holders do not slide onto the tool post. Waste of time and money....
 
The problem with delivery and the quality should be a separate thread on the Machinery and supplies forum.
I think that would save a lot of people some time and frustration.
I have bought two tools from "destroyer125" and I`m still waiting and it seems he is no longer replying to PM`s
I payed through Paypal, how does their policies work on cases like this?

If you paid using goods and services you can open a case with Paypal and get a refund. If you paid with friends/family then you are out of luck, unless destroyer125 makes things right.....

I am not sure what the time amount is for paypal to open a claim, but you can start a claim under item not received. You send a message thru paypal and have so many days to take it to the next level, or cancel if item comes in.
As far as a separate thread to handle quality of the item, or not sending the items, it should stay in the sale thread so others can see and read before buying. This isn't the first time Preston has done this...http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=228669&page=6
I chose to give him a redemption chance and he lied and didn't send it, then he didn't refund when he said he would. I had to go thru paypal and that took about 3 weeks extra time.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I heavily recommend contacting Dave Wilson, the Mod for this section and let him know whats up with this. This may help to get Preston's attention and help you get your refund.

I don`t live in the US, so I`m used to long waiting time, but I have been waiting from 10.10.16, so close to two months now.
I`ve send him a PM yesterday and one today and no answer.
It sucks that this happens and I can`t help, but to point out that for a person who shop online all the time and have been doing so for the last ten years. I have had 3 instances where I have been fooled/ripped off, all of them here on AZB.
is there a way to have a better system for identifying users and linking user name to their legal name, credit card etc. so it is a bigger threashold to step over if you register with the intent of freaud?
