hey, nice to see pioneer like yourself hanging around here. that last thread with some of your stories is priceless.
i was reading a section where you were describing a a frozen cue ball to ball shot where you hit a different object ball. i admit, i stopped reading after that post to try it out. its not working for me, tried it stroking to cue high and also center. it seems the cue ball rolls inside of the intended object ball. im almost 100% sure i am dividing the cue ball to frozen ball line and the cue ball to object ball line evenly. am i missing something here?

It's a tricky little shot. Keep experimenting with it. The angle is actually less than it appears. Once you figure out how and where to hit the cue ball, you will be able to hit the high or low side of the object ball. Just like learning to hit the top and bottom of the ball on kick shots.

Like all shots in pool, it takes some practice. But if you work on it for a day or two, you will begin to see the proper angle.
