I was recently told by a cue dealer here in Dallas that there will be a amature BCA/APA tournement later this fall at CJ's. It is supposed to be races to seven,winner of the toss chooses eightball or nineball. Each match could consist of up to 13 games. I was told that after the 7th game you then switch to the whatever game you havent been playing. If you started off playing nine-ball, after the seventh game of the match, you then switch to eightball until someone wins. Sounded like a weird format. Anyone know anything about this tourney?
