You can take a small piece of the cloth to most paint stores or even Home Depot and they can match it for you.
The color on the cloth changes depending the light source.
The walls not so much. I have it on my table.

These days all decent paint stores have a color-scanner that gives them the exact paint formula to match any color they put under the scanner.
I needed a paint match for some brown gutters. Brown is the most difficult color to get right. Sherwin-Williams scanned a piece of the gutter, mixed the paint and swabbed some of the mix on the gutter: you couldn't distinquish between the paint and the gutter...it was that exact.
