I played in poolcomps first $10.,000 tournament this weekend.

I won my match on day one. Only had to play one match for the first stage.

Same went for day two. The third and final day became a traditional fixed draw. there were 110 players left at this stage. I won a few rounds and picked up some cash along the way. Even though this was an online tournament it was just as nerve racking as a real pool tournament.

All in all the tournament was fantastic and a success. I will practice more for next weeks comp.

so, how do you join? is there an entry fee?

Joining is pretty easy. There is a monthly subscription fee of $7.50 but this entitles you to a $10,000 tournament every week. Thats $40,000 worth of tournament prizemoney for only $7,50.

If you make the final 256 you get $8 that covers your membership plus you still have another 3 comps to enter.

The prize breakdown is this
1st = $2000US
2nd = $1000US
3rd & 4th = $500
5th to 8th = $250
9th to 16th = $125
17th to 32nd = $62
33rd to 64th = $30
65th to 128t = $16
129 to 256 = $8

You might think its only a game but when your playing for cash the adrenaline kicks in.

So joining is pretty easy just follow the join up procedure when you get there. There is here www.poolcomps.com :D

If you get started now you should be a genius by the time the Official world online 8 ball and 9 ball titles are on. I'm told in December. They are worth $50,000 each. All information here.... Member benefits

The membership cost does not change for the world titles. It stays at $7.50 per month.

I think they are funding it with online qualifiers, a members only section and sponsors.

Oops, wrong tour. Sorry.
