I am probably the last one to know about this but it's worth sharing with those that might be slower on the uptake than I am (hard as that is to believe). This is a totally free tournament manager program that I've seen in use and is apparently pretty good. The only complaint (if it is one) is that when adding a player after the initial shuffle, a certain caution must be taken to prevent re-shuffling ALL the players.
Might be worth sticking on a thumb drive in case you run into someone that needs such a program.
