Trade Question

i've been reading up on all the post this guy has been doing... he's got the money to buy all these different cues, but turns them into quick trade and sell items as well. If he can afford a nice luxury car and several cues , he certainly should be able to afford the retaining him the price difference or giving the cue back at his own expense for a bad deal. But pm him send him a link to this page and explain what is going on first. if he doesn't reply. Then you have his address send him a letter with a copy of the post mark. Then proceed from there.
 
The member and I have come to an agreement. I have lost some cash on this deal but I am happy this is resolved. In general he will be buying back the cue that I was not happy with.

Thank you for everyone's perspective. I think it helped in this situation.

I believe this posting is about me but I just wanted to let all members know there is two sides to every story and this thread was posted early I have keep in contact with the trader at all times not avoiding him at all also I understand people have different value on cue but never would sell a pos cue I have been doing good transactions on this form since 09 and have never had problems till now on a good note me and the seller came to a agreement and ended things on a good note like I told the trader I don't like bad blood but don't like bashing on a form b4 they know the story bc it was delivered single sided.i am buying the supposedly pos cue back from the trader.

I would still demmand my cue back or the amount that I think cue is worth.
He has no right to sell the cue before getting your ok.
