Lately I've been noticing that my iTrader never changes even if I get feedback from someone. So I've started paying closer attention and I've gotten 3 this week and it's still at 98. So I did a quick count and I have over 120, do you have any idea why this would be.

It only counts "1" for each unique user you transact with.....so if you do multiple transactions with people, they aren't counted multiple times in that total score/number.
 
I traders only go up when some new leaves you one. If you get one from someone who has left an I trader for you before. The count won't change.

Check your total transactions against your Itrader number. I bet the total is higher than the Itrader indicates due to transactions by same parties.
