Simply outstanding.. can't say enough good things about them. I put in an order Friday night at 3am.. he immediately replied to an inquiry I had, and actually shipped the Instroke out in Saturday's mail.. I received it today and it's perfect. This is exactly how those eBay stores should be run.
 
Joe's a great guy - I agree

I have also had a few experiences with Joe and all have been great. He is a top-notch seller - ebay or not. Always willing to go the extra mile to help a person out. Highly recommend calling Joe and checking out his Ebay store for any needs you may have. Great prices, great deals, and great service - Need I say more?

I've dealt with Joe a couple of times. Good guy, super fast shipping--if you want something quick, he's definitely the guy.

Agree completely!
But if there is something you do want and is not on his ebay store, just e-mail Joe and ask.
Did just that on several occassions and got better prices by letting Joe know that I was a member of the AZ Billiards Forum.
Great service with fast shipping.

Great service

I have had many many deals with Joe and he posts to the UK faster than I can get stuff locally at a fraction of the price. 4000miles in under a week in most cases and at those great prices, I can't see me going anywhere else. The guy must never sleep he replies to emails at all hours and posts same day in most cases.
 
Yup, he's great. I used to joke that he must be a robot or have clones since he never gets any sleep.
 
I wast just about to jokingly write I've been waiting for a response for two hours now. Lucky I checked my email before that, Joe had answered my question and sent out a payment request as usual. It does not get any better.

I have bought a bunch of Items these last few years from Joe and have Experienced the BEST Customer service buying from Joe. Thanks so much and I look forward to buying many more years. I just received my new Instroke Tooled Case yesterday and it is SWEET!!!!along with a handful of Cues that he always has a GREAT Price on.

The man is the end-all, be-all of customer service.

I've bought half a dozen items from him over the last year or so....and I swear, sometimes I think his store is right behind my house. The gear shows up in record time, EVERY time.

He's the man...plain and simple.

I concur. Best service available and the prices cannot be beat. I have purchased some accessories and a couple Pechauer cues from Joe over the last two years and everything shows up at my door sooner than I thought possible.

I also just completed a transaction with Joe and am impressed. I ordered an X-Breaker from him and asked if he could just give me the cue without the extras he was including in the auction; 2x2 case, bridge head and tapper. He took $40 off the order and had a Paypal transaction setup in case I decided to buy it when I got his email. Needless to say I did and from what I have read, I expect that I will be VERY HAPPY!!!
