Hi Guys:

I was just watching some ghostball practices and I was wondering if there is something like a transparent or semi-transparent ghostball training aid available so that it becomes easier to observe how much of the object ball has to be covered by the cueball?

Michael

This is the wrong session! Could this be moved to the main forum? How do I move posts? Sorry for this mistake!

Try Joe Tucker's training ball set. It may give you the results you are looking for.

I saw this one time as I was surfing on the net.
Never saw it in person.
It is called the Billiard Aim Trainer or BAT for short.

I have seen this system at work several times and used it.
Pretty neat but too much for me to consider it.
Shop around and you may find the Spider Training Aid for less.

Hope this helps,
Myron

The basis of the Billiard Aim Trainer is to provide a transparent view of the cue ball. That is how I started with the invention. I wanted to connect what was happening (contact point) with what the contact actually looked like (see through cue ball).

Check out the Billiard Aim Trainer at www.billiardaimtrainer.com and see for yourself.

It is way cheaper than the Spider.

Myron,

Thanks. We will be uploading an animation of the product to our web site soon. Considering what you get out the product it is a great deal. Every time you use it, you will get knowledge that you can take away and apply to your game, and it is less then 1/3 the price of the Spider.
