Treviso open - no rack?!

I was watching Gorst vs Filler in the Treviso Open video and they are racking the balls directly on the cloth, without a rack or template? Anyone knows how that works?

The cloth is trained. Well behaved.

There are small indentations the balls sit in.

I have seen many tourneys where the template is a part of the cloth.

I've seen that in japan open footage, I think
what I wonder is
what happens to a slow-rolled ball on those indents?
do they not ever affect ball roll outside of racking?

I think they would but pros hardly ever slow roll balls especially in that area of the table.

Seems a thing in Europe, they tap the balls in, and over a bit of time they sit in those areas. I have also seen punch hole reinforcement things used on the cloth as a sort of built in magic rack.
