I went to there site and my anti-virus software went off. I had 2 different programs try to invade my computer.

It probably wasn't the site.. I have never had a problem like that on that site.
could be just malware downloading a trojan at that particular moment.
or your using a file sharing program.. and your download just finished as you loaded that site.

Just in case though
someone needs to shoot the webmaster of that site an email telling him, so he/she can go in and verify the validity of the site and code.
A mere mention of a virus attached to a site will cause everyone to drop it like a hot potato.

Now that you mention that. I went to that site a few days ago and have been getting alerts from my software also. I could just be unlucky too, but it seems odd now that you mentioned.
