Trouble attaching photos

I am having trouble posting/attaching photos to my post in the for sale area, I always get an error message like the one below. Is anyone else having this issue. Thanks

Are you uploading the photos to photobucket.com first, then copying the image to post on AZB?

No I really never have done that before. May be I can go to youtube and see how to do it.
