Hi Folks,

Saw the name Troy on the front page just now. Got me thinking. Anyone know where Troy Frank went? Haven't seen his name on AZ in a long, long time. Just want to know. Thanks for the assistance.

He's living in FL and busy earning a living for his wife, kids, and dogs. Plays recreationally from time to time.

Thanks Cory. Was hoping that was the situation! Missed you at the Tiger booth. It took two visits to remember you've moved on to other things. Boy, being a real old fogie gives me an excuse for a poor memory. Hope to see you around sometime. Best of luck to you and yours.

I remember about 6 years ago Troy was in Melbourne, FL at Players Billiards (Aurora Rd) for some tournament and got matched up with Nathan Rose. If I recall it went something like this: 8 ahead for 800 with Nathan getting the 7 ball. it went back and forth for a little while and I really thought Nathan had a chance. Nathan was 2 up and looking good and then before you know it Troy was 8 up and it was over! Whole thing probably didn't take 35- 40 minutes. Nathan was a good young player then but a little emotional. Opened my eyes to how much better a pro like Troy is compared to an up and comer. They find your weakness and exploit it till you crack.
