True or a fasle:
It is perfectly fine for a Gold Crown III to be missing several rail bolts (at least 1 per rail?

It is not uncommon for GC's to be missing rail bolts. They fall out over time or a knucklehead mechanic never put them in. Easy to replace. But as you asked it is False. It is not perfectly fine.:D

False, it's not perfectly fine.. but unfortunately very common with that model of table.

So should I insist that someone putting in a table for me, not leave until the missing rail bolts have been replaced? IE, the table won't play right without them?

False. If the table was designed to have less than all of the rail bolts installed Brunswick would not put them there in the first place. None of them are "extra" bolts. Would your table installers only put 3 of 5 lug nuts on the wheels on their cars?

Correct. You should.
The table might play ok without them for a short time, but very soon the performance of the rail/cushion will be compromised and eventually it could warp either the slate, the rail or both.
