You are dead on right, Ken....and I've been trying to preach that very thing for at least the last 3-4 years. And you know what......ZERO CNC.....everything done the old fashion way.

You know what.. that should add 10x the value...

On several projects now, Andy has gone out of his way give me all or more than I have asked for, from the most basic jump break to this more elaborate ivory sleeved beauty. He has that talent to make original works of art while honoring traditional style. I love his cues and the way they play. Thanks for showing us your latest Ken. Congratulations to you and Andy. I hope I have a chance to see it at VF.

This is fantastic work from Andy Gilbert...
...<SNIP>...

I would advice AZer's to get themselves a Gilbert now...
You might get a cue now that could be unreachable in the near future..
Andy's work will command LARGE dollars after people start to see the kind of work coming out of his shop..

Best,

I originally went with a Gilbert after hearing how well they played. I got a LOT more than I was expecting :D

That cue is gross. :D

Its about time you posted this. I've been waiting for over a week now to see people's reactions to this one!

And, is it me or has the level of Andy's work jumped phenominally in the last three or four years?!?!

The joint gave it away

It really has a Schick influence. If you never had a joint shot I was thinking Schick Too! The silver work is very sweet!
Nice,
Nick :)

Schick influence for sure

I was personally thinking Manzino but I love Andy's work!!!
His wife does a lot with the inlays and schrimshaw.
