Trying to identify this Action cue

This is my friend's playing cue. He got it from his dad, who thinks he may have won it off of someone, so they have no idea how old it is or what model. He's not wanting to sell it, but like I was with my Adam, he just wants to know more about it. Unlike other Action cues I've seen, this one has real inlays and checkered rings. Any info on model or age would be appreciated. He currently has an OB-2 shaft on it but he does have the original shaft.

Action Cues are manufactured in China for Cuestix in CO. They are entry level cues, and some play pretty good for the money spent. They have no 'collector value'. Most are priced under $100 retail. Action cues have been around for about 20 yrs.

Looks like an old ACT95 from the Action Inlays line. The Inlay series typically sells new in the $80 to $100 range.
