Regarding Seahawks tickets, I hear that's impossible, but since I'm a DALLAS COWBOYS fan I couldn't care less about those Bear-bait Seahawks!

Everyone,

First and foremost I would like to (again) appologize for leading people to believe that the cue would in no way be sold before Friday. I posted the cue on here and did not plan on having to act so quickly to pay for the cue that was awaiting my purchase. I'm a full time senior in college, working full time to pay for school. One year from now I'll have my Engineering degree and be able to buy and sell cues (or anything else for that matter) without having to worry about money. As for now, I had no option. I wanted a cue, and I had a cue to sell. There was allready a purchaser on here ready to buy the cue, but the seller was respectable enough to hold off on his payment so that I could come up with the money. He was nice enough to hold up until Thursday afternoon, in fact. I had 13 PMs for this cue without any pictures posted. I replied to every PM, and to the one who offered me $$$ in the PM, I responed and a deal was made almost instantly. I immediately posted that the cue was sold and thank you for the interests. On top of that, I appologized after 1 member told me what I did was wrong. I understand people may have been let down, but the ones who PMd me were immediatley informed it was sold, and they had NO problem with it.

I really don't appreciate your response Duke. You didn't need to stir up anything. I stood up and appologized for my under-par selling procedure immediately. Maybe I need to take a power selling course from you, I don't know. The fact is, you remind me of an online poker player who sits behind his computer and talks trash constantly for no reason. If you had a problem with me, couldn't you just PM me and ask what's up? I would have been more than happy to explain to you, (just as I am to everyone on here) what happened and my reasonings for doing what I did. Also, My post asked for PMs; if you were so eagerly awaiting the chance to purchase this cue, why didn't you PM me? And just so you know, I sold the cue for $450 to a person who was highly recommened to me by Ken. Oh, and thanks again Ken. I could have gotten more for the cue, sure, but all I wanted to do was have the money to buy what i wanted, and also make Someone else happy.

This forum is not Ebay, and I never signed and/or agreed to, without any exceptions, sell my cue before friday.

I'm sorry everyone for this long post, but I want to make it completely clear that I feel I did nothing wrong or jerky. In no way was anyone hurt for my selling of this cue.

In fact, I'm sure that in a few days the purchaser will be on here boasting about how happy he is with the cue.

Thanks everyone, I really enjoy reading this online forum, and I hope that I'm not strayed away by immature postings to/about me in the future.

Don't worry about the jerks. I understand your predicament as a senior in College too, money is tight. I honestly think most of the people who were giving you a hard time were those who were bitter about not getting the cue. Next time you have something to sell you can post it and say pictures later and people won't harrass you about that. In all honesty I wished I had the chance to make an offer friday, but like I said, you explained your reasons and I know what it's like being in college. Also it's your cue! Do what you want with it. If someone truely wanted that cue bad enough, they would have made an offer to buy ASAP. I mean people are selling things on ebay saying "i have the right to end this auction early" when ebay guidelines cleary state you can't just end an auction because you don't like where it's going. I don't see the difference in what you did and what ebayers do. Why is it acceptable on ebay and not here? Anyway don't sweat the negative comments, you apologized and that should be enough for most people.

By the way, how's the search for the other sneaky?

I like another poster in this thread thought it would be for sale on friday...no sooner, which is why I never made you an offer. I could have PM'd you, but the only ones who would have known would have been me and you...and what you did do was wrong so I made it known...too bad if you don't like it. as far as your comment about me "talkin' trash", I just merely stated the obvious...a mere fact, and everyone who has seen this thread knows you did it the wrong way. yes, I have changed my mind on a few things but NEVER told the seller I WAS going to buy it, THEN backed out...check around if you want and you'll see I'm telling the truth here. if I say I'm definitely going to do something, it gets done how I say...otherwise, I don't say it...no exceptions! this is a public forum after all so if you don't like what the public has to say, don't offer it to the public. you say you had some help in finding the buyer...great!...just offer it to them then, not EVERYONE cause I WAS going to make an offer friday but you already sold it, and so you know, I was going to offer you the same thing $450. now our chances of making a future deal are void...glad you sold the cue though

to the rest: I really do not understand the bruhaha about selling HIS cue already....people from here list cues on eBay all the time and they never make it to the end of the auction. Why is this really any different? Besides, the guy is new here, give him a break! Sheesh!!

lisa, my pm was not nasty...I just told you to learn facts BEFORE posting something bad about me like some of these guys, and you failed to do so. yes, I have changed my mind on a couple deals, but NEVER told someone I would definitely buy something THEN backed out...I don't and won't do that! First off, the sale of a cue, other than you ( or anyone else ) not getting thier chance to buy it is completely up to the seller.

As for the rest of it, it looks like you are making it your business to moderate the board.

You have issues that are well known and there are people you complain to me about. You're doing everything you complain to me about right now.

Seems like you are making a scene where none should be.

If you want to continue making posts like the above and sending private messages harrasing people, I will take appropriate action.
