My Gold Crown II rails were back in my possession exactly 2 weeks after I shipped them, that included the 2 or 3 days each way for Fed Ex from WI. to Ohio. The sub-rails were cut for current cushion profiles, extended for tight pockets, new Artemis cushions installed, and new cloth on rails.

Depends on who's doing the work, and what condition the rails are in at the start of the work, as well as shipping time.
