Turn down a 314 and put a Sniper tip on..

.....is this the right place to ask who and how much it'll cost? I would like to have my 314 turned to to 12.25mm.

I am certainly not complaining but I've paid not much less then that to have just a Sniper installed. I want to make sure the shaft is in good hands. Long story short I had a botched trade. He sent me a cue that had a 314 shaft that was turned way too far down. He claimed that the person that did it was very reputable. And he asked for 12.25 and when I got it the shaft measured 11.9. He could have been blowing steam up my *** but I needless to say I sent it back.

so is this your price or do you have a good recommendation on who to send it to?

i was really just throwing an estimate out there.i am incredibly busy and really don't need to take on extra work right now.

i figure most guys charge $30-40 for the Sniper and the $20 for tapering the shaft.

mueller's will do it for right around that price. looks like $30 for the tip and $20 for turning the shaft down. i hope this helps.
