You might want to include a list of included equipment, inventory and terms. I guess that $12 per sq ft would work out about $11,000 a month. What does that get you?

Just an FYI the price at $12 per square foot is an asking price you have to start somewhere. It really is a turn key biz with all the build out already done bar, seating and 16+ pool tables etc.
