If its fine when not in full screen, then it implies that your tv is over scanning and cropping your display. Is it a CRT or a modern LCD? Newer TVs don't overscan as much, nor do computer monitors.

If your TV is modern and youre still having that problem, then the camera man needs to zoom out and keep the pockets within the safe-frame.
