This is the first time i've heard of using 2 different playing cues in the same game for different type shots also. I've seen players (pros) switch to playing with the cue they break with during a match. I saw Efren do this playing CJ Wiley at the US Open a few years ago. I have the match on an Accu-stats tape and I heard Grady Mathews say that he would switch and play with his break cue sometimes also.8-ball Rat said:Yeah,
I can understand the whole Break/Jump cue thing (although I don't use one, personally)....but I've NEVER seen a guy use two "regular" playing cues in the same game.
Swapping from one to the other, in the middle of a match, I can understand.....but having a dedicated "straight shot" cue....and a dedicated "cut shot" cue is pretty unique to me.
