Depends how you hit it I guess. If I were to go further out I'd have to aim the actual hit with more forces working on a direct scratch.

I would have guessed the only way to make a ball in your opponents hole is to go crazy and try the famous Corey Deuel hard break.

Still hilarious to this day he played that break.

I actually saw it happen at DCC, and they re-racked. I would have bet it couldn’t happen, and would have lost.

There is also the Duel break where he broke like 8 ball LOL, I bet there is a chance of a ball going in then.

I've made a ball in my opponent's pocket on the break shot multiple times. With a bad rack and a bad break the corner ball on his side can come out and the cue ball can knock it in. If it actually goes in, the break can be relatively safe. If it hangs....
