Two Zinzola Cues Available to Customize

Here are two cues I've been working on for a while that are just about ready to inlay and are not spoken for. Price and timeframe on both will depend on design. I am planning on having at least the Rosewood / Walnut one for the Meet and Greet in CT at the end of the month. Possibly both. If nobody steps up I will inlay them as I see fit and offer them up again.

I will also have 3 more cues later this week, two with points and one plain jane.

I am not taking any orders until March of next year at this time, but I will have some cues available from time to time. After the other three this week, I'm not sure when I'll have more. Probably a couple of months.

The first cue is 4 Brazilian Rosewood Points on a Walnut Burl forearm. The forearm is cored with African Blackwood to get the weight and balance up to where it should be. Veneers from inside out are Black Paper, Orange, Black Paper, Chartreuse, Black Paper, Turquoise, Black Paper, Yellow and Black Paper. Brazilian Rosewood Butt. Choice of Ringwork throughout the cue. I haven't installed the joint and butt yet, so there is some flexibility there as well. Choice of inlays and wrap. This cue will start at $1,300, which would include my dot / barbell style ringwork and two shafts.

This one will start at $1,100 with an Elforyn Hoppe Ring and my barbell / dot style rings at the joint and shafts.

I posted some extra close-ups of the forearm so that you can get an idea of the figure in the Walnut.

The second cue is an African Blackwood Forearm with 4 Nicely Figured Narra Points. Veneers of Black, Mahogany, Black Paper, Red-Brown, Black Paper, Silver, Black Paper. There is an Amboyna Burl Ring about 1/2 way up the forearm. I will install the butt sleeve later tonight on this cue, so no photos of that yet. This cue will have a ring at the Joint and a Hoppe Style Ring of Ivory or Elforyn at the Bottom. If somebody gets to me before I get the butt sleeve installed, we could do something a bit different too. There will be a thin black ring above and below the wrap. It's already attached to the handle, so it's too late for rings in all positions. As with the last one, if I don't get a taker, I will finish it up as i see fit and offer it for sale again.

Just two pictures of this one so far.

This cue is spoken for

Can we see some butt action?

Great stuff! :D. Can't wait to see the butt on cue #2. I'm sure these will be spoken for VERY soon. #1 is a stunner and very unique, #2 is just classy/timeless with a contemporary flavor IMO (not that it counts for anymore then about two pennies). Both are very yummy indeed...

These are beautiful, Tony. I've been waiting to see someone do a walnut burl forearm, and it sure doesn't dissappoint. Surprising how light walnut is that you'd have to core it with blackwood.
These are both just incredible wood combinations. The veneer choices on the second one, in particular, against those woods is the nuts.
So nice.

i like the looks of these,i have been hearing good things about your work.looks like you have a real future in cue making

Was going back and forth with a few people on the Rosewood / Walnut cue, but they seem to have disappeared. That cue is still available. The only other one left is the Bocote / Blackwood cue in the other thread.

Great cues, his cues play well and have good feel.
